Terms of Service

1. Who we are

UnbreakMyApp ("we", "us") is a product of Inarius Dynamics Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation. These Terms govern your use of unbreakmyapp.com and our services.

2. The service

We diagnose and help fix problems in software applications, including apps built with AI tools such as Lovable, Bolt, v0, Replit and Cursor. Services include a free diagnosis, paid guided fixes, paid done-for-you fixes, and an optional monthly plan. Work is performed primarily by AI agents, with human review of some cases.

3. Your responsibilities

You must own the app or be authorized to have it tested and changed. You are responsible for keeping backups, reviewing every change before you apply or merge it, and testing your app after any change. Do not send us passwords, secret API keys, or personal data of your users.

4. Code access

Diagnosis uses the information you provide and read-only, non-destructive checks of your public app. Done-for-you fixes use a GitHub App limited to repositories you select. We work on a separate branch and deliver changes only as pull requests. We never merge, deploy, or push to your default branch; you decide whether to merge. You can revoke access at any time in GitHub.

5. Fixed or refunded

If a paid fix does not resolve the specific issue described in your request, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will make one further attempt. If the issue is still not resolved, we will refund the price you paid for that fix. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time and are not refunded for partial periods, except as required by law. The refund is your sole remedy for an unsuccessful fix.

6. Payments

Prices are shown in USD at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

7. No warranty

Except for the refund promise above, the service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that your app will be error-free, secure, or available after a fix.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question during the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal software, malware, or to test apps you are not authorized to test.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
